NORDAIR IDF
Gas heating devices of the NORDAIR Company are intended for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning in the field of thermal processing of air, of distributing air by means of duct system, nozzles and expansions boxes. Devices are available about the consumption of air from 1 to 25 m3/s and heating powers from the range 75 - 900 kW. Efficiency of devices of the NORDAIR Company is 92%.

Remark:
Dimensions refer to only the section of the fan and heater. It is necessary at installation of the next sections to take their lengths into consideration. NORDAIR devices are adapted to concrete orders and therefore their data referring to the consumption of air, the heating power and the static pressure are able also to differ. In order obtaining precise information it is necessary to turn to the NORDAIR Company.
Technical description of gas heating devices with carrying away of combustion gas.
The case of the exchanger consists of two isolated layers, the lacquered outside layer and the electro-plated internal layer fastened to the internal aluminium construction.
The heater section with carrying away of combustion gas.
The heaters are being tested and they possess the EN 1020 certificate. They are being produced from the stainless steel or steel with impurity of aluminium. They are able to work as devices single- or multistage with efficiency reaching 92%. NORDAIR devices possess also the automated ignition and the system of control of the flame fitted with the securing thermostat whom in the event of the excessive increase in the temperature of air switches off the device protecting them in this way against the overheating.
Devices of small and average size possess tubular heat exchangers fitted with the atmospheric burner and the fan of combustion gases.
Bigger devices possess fun burners and of the other type combustion chamber.
Section of mixing - devices with carrying away of combustion gas.
In order steering the quantity of fresh air and re-circulated, working of throttling valves to be controlled by means of two-stage or modulation servo-motors (optionally).
Ejection of air
The ejection is able to occur through the duct or connecting pipe. Connecting pipes compose the set with the section of vertical and horizontal shutters or regulated inductive nozzles.
Section of the filter
Pocket and bag filters are so matching as to ensure correct work of all types of devices.
Damping section
The damping section is put between the section of the filter and the section of mixing.
